Touré Yaya and Ezquerro rather than the suspended Deco and Eto’o are the changes in the squad to travel to Madrid. The Ivorian was given medical clearance after training on Tuesday.
The impressive 6-0 win against Valencia behind, them, it is now time to travel to face the newly crowned champions Madrid. Touré Yaya is over his injury worries, and Ezquerro also gets a place as Deco and Eto’o both received their fifth yellow cards of the season on Sunday and will be suspended for the big match. The Portuguese and Cameroonian stars thus sit the action out, as well as the injured Iniesta, Milito, Ronaldinho and Jorquera. Training behind closed doors The team trained behind closed doors at the Camp Nou on Tuesday. In the last training session before the clásico, Touré Yaya looked able to work as normal, and following the session was given the medical go ahead. |
